Tiny room with no space for luggage and no closet. Bedsheets are stained and seem to be very old. The main issue is that there are so much bugs and ants everywhere. Around the bed and on the tables, coming out of the walls, we told the reception but they did not do anything about it. Avoid at all costs.

I just stayed at this hotel and the customer service was outstanding. The hotel staff including Anna and Sophia were always cheerful and friendly. They went above and beyond. When I took a taxi to the airport and the driver overcharged/scammed us I emailed staff at blue Hanoi and they called the taxi company to advocate on my behalf and they convinced the taxi company to send us a refund of the fare through PayPal. I also absent-mindedly left my medicine in the room after checkout and the staff mailed them to me in Saigon free of charge! Lastly the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel looks and feels new. Will stay here again in the future.

What sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service from the staff. Ann and Sophie were not only friendly and attentive but were proactive in attending to details in a way that I have not experienced before in my extensive global travels. They genuinely cared about the guest's needs and experience in the hotel and in Hanoi. What a great impression it gave me of Hanoi. The rooms are small but comfortable and immaculately clean, with a modern fit-out. The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride to the Old Town, in a working area of Hanoi - so there were no locals selling tourist items on the street. Restaurants, local markets, banks, all nearby in this bustling area of Hanoi.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful! The jet bath was a lovely addition. Overall, the room was very clean, however there were a few tiny ants about. The hotel was a 15 minute taxi drive away from the main 'Old City' (approx. 45000VND). The hotel were great at ordering the taxis for us and making sure the price was known to the driver and us. Unfortunately, their private car took us to the wrong terminal on our exit, even when we had told him twice it was the domestic terminal. This then cost an extra 200,000 VND to transfer to the other terminal as no buses were running at 5.00am. Overall, a good stay! :)

KS nằm trong một ngõ xe ô tô vào được. Nhân viên thân thiện, dễ chịu. Phòng 1 giường rất nhỏ, phòng tắm kính nhưng rèm che bằng ni long mỏng nên hơi bất tiện (không như các KS cao cấp được che bằng rèm nhựa). Phòng sạch sẽ, phục vụ nước, trà, cafe đầy đủ. Cách âm hơi kém nên nếu có 1 gia đình ở phòng kế bên dậy sớm tức là bạn sẽ mất ngủ. Phục vụ ăn sáng tận tình, bếp ngon, dù theo kiểu thực đơn gọi món (không hạn chế). Gần Đại sứ quán Mỹ, KS Fortuna. Đối diện có quán bán ăn khuya cũng ok.
